What is Stack the deck in poker?

In live poker, a situation where players or the dealer have rigged the deck in order to have a hand be dealt with the predetermined outcome. Typically used to set up a hand where one player is likely to lose a lot of money to another player. A common form of cheating in unregulated live poker venues.
