Our Tiers Are Getting Better

Loyalty plans offer benefits to loyal subscribers, specifically those who subscribe to Premium tier or higher by March 31 at 11am CET and maintain a continuous subscription at Premium tier or higher thereafter.

Our Premium and Elite tier Loyalty plans include a discount to negate the upcoming price increase. Our Elite tier Loyalty plans also include continuing access to 3-way postflop custom solving that will otherwise be limited to the Ultra tier.

Everyone who is subscribed to Premium or Elite tier as of March 31 at 11am CET will be automatically moved to a Loyalty plan.

You will keep your Loyalty plan as long as you stay subscribed to Premium tier or higher without a lapse in your subscription of more than 7 days.

We do not offer a Loyalty plan for Ultra tier as we are not increasing the Ultra price for new customers. However, Ultra subscribers will retain access to Loyalty plans for Premium and Elite tiers if they wish to downgrade in the future, as long as they have maintained a continuous subscription at Premium tier or higher since March 31, 2026 at 11am CET

You can change tiers between Premium, Elite, and Ultra without losing access to Loyalty plans, as long as you don't drop to Starter tier or cancel your subscription.

While you are subscribed to Ultra tier you will not have a Loyalty plan, but if you choose to downgrade to Premium or Elite you will be offered the Loyalty plans.

No, we allow a 7 day grace period to allow you time to resolve any unexpected payment issues without losing your Loyalty status. This grace period applies to any cause or reason; Loyalty plan access will not be lost until you go more than 7 consecutive days without an active Premium or higher tier subscription.

We are not changing or impacting Early Bird in any way. Early Bird pricing for Ultra will remain in effect until we add ICM preflop solving.

Loyalty plans and Early Bird do not impact each other in any way.

This simplifies our offer, making it easier to understand options and ensuring that for most customers a single subscription meets their core needs.

On March 31st at 11am CEST we will cancel one of your subscriptions, as it would only cost you additional money without granting additional benefits. In most cases we will extend your remaining subscription by applying the remaining value of your cancelled subscription. If we are unable to do so due to your payment method, we will instead offer a refund. Please allow up to 72 hours for subscription extensions or refunds to be processed.

If you have a standalone HUSnG subscription, nothing will change. You'll keep the same service at the same price.

However, if you also have a Spins or MTT subscription at the same or higher tier, your HUSnG plan will be cancelled and its value will be applied to the new Tournament format, which combines HUSnG, Spins, and MTTs.

Single Size solutions are easier to learn and use since each spot has only one aggressive action. Multi-size strategies can be difficult to apply in practice, while a single-size approach keeps things simple and remains highly accurate thanks to our dynamic AI.

We expect Single Size solutions to become our most popular postflop approach.

Single size solutions are much easier to study and adopt because the solution for each situation is much simpler. It can be difficult to understand and utilize a solution with several bet sizes each with a corresponding frequency. This eliminates that challenge while retaining nearly all accuracy.

We expect Single Size solutions to become the solutions of choice for most people.

Yes, we have Single Size solutions to cover postflop for every single preflop solution. All subscribers get heads-up situations while Elite and Ultra also get 3-way.

We want to make sure our Starter subscribers have the right tools available for success, including simple Single Size solutions and access to weekly coachings.

Starter has access to a fully reworked set of solutions, focused on Single Size for postflop. Some solutions have been added while others have been removed.

Additions to Starter include access to Weekly Coachings, the ability to more fully utilize the available study plan, and Tournament plan access to preflop solutions for all Events.

Former MTT Starter and Spin & Go subscribers also get access to solutions for both game types as a part of the simplification to Tournament format.

We've also removed Starter access to the few previously available aggregated reports.

Premium subscribers are gaining access to Single Size postflop solutions for all heads-up situations, except for ICM solutions.

You will also gain access to additional features as a result of our plan simplification. Former Cash users gain access to former Straddle & Ante solutions, and vice versa. Former MTT users gain access to former Spins solutions, and vice versa.

Elite subscribers are gaining access to all of our Single Size postflop solutions including 3-way and ICM.

You will retain access to 3-way custom postflop solutions as long as your subscription does not lapse.

You will also gain access to additional features as a result of our plan simplification. Former Cash users gain access to former Straddle & Ante solutions, and vice versa. Former MTT users gain access to former Spins solutions, and vice versa.

Ultra subscribers are gaining access to all of our Single Size postflop solutions. There are no other changes.

We adjusted the solutions available to free tier. More cash and MTT solutions are available compared to previously, but there is a reduction in Spins solutions. We also added a limitation to 100 preflop spots per day. We've also added access to the WSOP 2022 Main Event Final Table.

We're raising the price for new customers for Premium and Elite tiers because our cloud computing costs have increased and we believe these tiers offer value well beyond their price.

Our subscriptions page will be down for up to an hour starting 11am CET on March 31st as we move customers to the correct new plans and process any needed cancellations. All product features will remain available for your use.
